These eye bolts are forged from high-strength alloy steel as a single unit and undergo normalizing and descaling treatments. The forgings are free from defects such as burning or cracking. Furthermore, every eye bolt undergoes hardness testing—yielding values ​​between HRB 67 and 95—ensuring exceptional load-bearing capacity and a high safety factor to maintain operational safety at all times.

Beyond the material itself, the tightness of the installation is a critical factor requiring attention. However, a common misconception exists: many believe that the tighter an eye bolt is screwed in, the more secure and safe it becomes. Consequently, people often use wrenches or pliers to tighten them with excessive force until a harsh grinding or squeaking sound is heard from the threads.
